Recruitment Consultant – Marketing

Our client’s focus is the recruitment of people with experience in various industries for executive search, leadership and C-level but could receive a vacancy for anyone/ any skillset. Would you be able to adapt and find the Talent needed?

They have a vacancy for a Marketing industry Recruitment Consultant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Headhunting and developing new ways to find top talent
• Utilizing the many resources provided to you and finding any new approaches you have to find the talent required.
• Conversing in a clear, informative and professional manner so each applicant feels like your only applicant.
• Provide a best in class recruitment experience and personal approach to every candidate
• Candidate management including arranging interviews, advising and coaching
• Create and manage advertising campaigns
• Continually growing your talent pool for core skills required
• Optimize the use of the internal recruitment database

Who are you?:

• Recruitment Experience within tech company [or equivalent] or recruitment agency
• Previous experience in recruiting for Marketing organizations.
• Experience headhunting from different recruitment sources e.g. LinkedIn, Job boards
• Able to set up and maintain effective administrative systems (computerized and manual)
• Be a self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work on your own initiative demonstrating a flexible attitude towards all types of work, with sometimes minimal detail
• Have lots of energy and initiative, as well as a helpful, positive outlook
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and build rapport quickly with people at all levels
• Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize your workload
• Be at ease in organizing, coordinating and directing candidates and managers.
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Advanced Excel
• Able to act with strict confidentiality
