The Role

• Interacting with passive and active candidates
• Acquiring new clients and managing relationships of existing clients
• Building and developing strong networks throughout the industry
• Liaising between clients and candidates
• Search and selection of Talent required by your clients
• Ensure delivery of Talent for your clients vacancies by finding them yourself and/or driving the delivery team to source

Requirements

• Recruitment agency experience with client management responsibilities
• Managing existing accounts and growing your client base
• Strong industry awareness of who is hiring and how to gain new clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
