Responsibilities:
- Search, select and engage with technical professionals to discuss the wide range of vacancies and companies the delivery hub represents.
- Match applicants experience, skills and aspirations to the requirements of the hiring companies.
- Assist with interview advise, preparation and planning to go above and beyond the standard expectations of a recruiter. Be the person they will always remember for introducing them to their dream job.
- Offer a pragmatic approach and be the career match maker between hiring companies and applicants.
- Excel in delivery targets and quickly earn promotion.
Requirements:
- Previous sourcing / recruitment experience, preferred experience with search and selection of Technical talent.
- There are no minimum or maximum years of experience required as there are vacancies for juniors, mid and senior level recruiters. Every level is welcome and all will have their own 1-2-1 career growth path.
- Experienced using online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
