The Volume Recruiters role is to deliver the Talent needed by our large client base.
They have many vacancies and welcome applicants of all levels of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Resource for multi-vacancies and ensure timely QUALITY delivery of the Talent required
- Searching for high volume projects, preferably BPO / outsourcing industry
- Hire CSRS, Agents and customer service talent in the Philippines
- Search for Talent required by clients by all sources, including internal database, social media, paid and unpaid as well as your own creativity, network and initiative.
- Manage the candidate journey from start to hire
Requirements:
- Success as a Recruiter, Resourcer, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Head-Hunter or similar.
- Strong social media recruitment using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed etc.
- Experience in delivering CSR, TSR and similar at volume levels
