Responsibilities:
- Resource for multi-vacancies and ensure timely QUALITY delivery of the Talent required
- Search for Talent required by clients by all sources, including internal database, social media, paid and unpaid as well as your own creativity, network and initiative.
- Manage the candidate journey from start to hire
- Manage client relations. Calibrate what is needed and deliver!
- Manage delivery from other recruiters for your clients needs
- GROW and MANAGE your career development!
Requirements:
- Currently working as a Recruiter, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Head-Hunter or similar.
- Good online recruitment using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A hunger and desire to succeed and benefit from the highly attractive commission and incentives schemes
