The Recruitment Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of existing customers and ensuring their talent needs are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Calibrate the client’s talent and HR needs, communicate clearly to Operations and manage the delivery to clients
• Deliver the Talent required by clients and manage the candidate journey from start to hire
• Liaise with internal recruiters and stake holders to ensure your clients expectations are met

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Account Manager, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Head Hunter or similar
• Experience in delivering technical talent
• Someone who is ready to step into a senior manager position
• Strong recruitment background and proven delivery.
• Previous sales and account management experience in recruitment or similar
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• A hunger and desire to succeed and benefit from the highly rewarding commission and incentives schemes
